Initiate the Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or new size has been processed.
